It is important to note that cognitive therapy can be an effective treatment for anxiety disorders.  Although there is no known scientific evidence to support cognitive therapy as a viable anxiety cure, it is worthwhile to mention that cognitive therapy is often used as a treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder.

EFT and acupuncture are also used to deal with anxiety disorders. EFT which is also known as an “emotional freedom technique” and is considered by some experts to be the most effective anxiety cure.
